Glenfiddich Gran Cru is teaming up with Australian fashion designer Jordan Dalah, bringing a new and radical edge to a whisky praised for its art of experimentation, redefining moments of celebration and creating a new and extraordinary drinking experience. Jordan is a force in fashion, known for exaggerated shapes and strong silhouettes. His show opened Afterpay Australian Fashion Week 2021 and his label, Jordan Dalah, is stocked in boutiques from Sydney to New York, from London to Milan. His designs have been featured in titles including Vogue, Dazed, I.D. and Highsnobiety, and worn by names including Solange Knowles, Saoirse Ronoan, Adut Akec and Swedish singer-songwriter Robyn. Jordan is currently a finalist for the 2022 International Woolmark Prize, widely regarded as the world’s most prestigious fashion competition.
For this limited edition box set, Jordan was appointed creative director for the brand and has reimagined Glenfiddich through his iconic, international style paying tribute Grand Cru’s moments of celebration with a campaign shot by world-renowned photographer Pierre Toussaint.
Jordan Dalah’s limited box set houses Glenfiddich Grand Cru in a luxurious soft-touch embossed shell that reflects the unique puffy quilting often found in Dalah’s signature designs. The graphic is an irregular, bold harlequin pattern taken through to the bottle and is Dalah’s reinterpretation of Grand Cru’s iconic gold sparkle featured on the original pack. The clothing label taken from Jordan’s garments cleverly replaces a handle used to open the box.
