Our warehouse staff are trained to package your goods exactly as per the specifications we offer. Before they are shipped the goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. There are distribution centers and warehouses in Europe as well as the USA.

Note: Orders with more than one product are assigned a particular processing period dependent on the particular item.

Prior to shipping, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've purchased. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3-7 working days.

Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we are unable to fully manage it because of the fact that several parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your order after the order has been made.

The period of time is 30 days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we are not able to provide either a return or exchange.

You can only return an item in the event that it is not used and still in the same state as the day you received it. It must also still be in its original packaging.
