Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we are unable to fully manage it because of the fact that several parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your order after the order has been made.

The period of time is 30 days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we are not able to provide either a return or exchange.

You can only return an item in the event that it is not used and still in the same state as the day you received it. It must also still be in its original packaging.
